Before you carry out the purchase transaction of the products in our shop we will ask you for (if you are not in possession of an account in the service www.crosstitching.biz) your name and surname as well as your full address, e-mail address, telephone number (voluntary) as well as the data concerning the mode of payment.

We will not, under any circumstances, sell the data collected about you to third parties.

The data collected during registration will only be used in order to allow you to log into our system.

The data collected during purchase transactions will be used in order to carry out the transaction, including drawing money from your account as well as sending you the ordered products. In order to do this your data may be passed on to the company which carries out the payment transactions in order to charge your credit card. This company will not be able to use this data for any other purposes. It is obligatory to give this data if you wish to purchase the products.

If you have signed up for our Newsletter or have in any other way agreed to receive it, we will use your data for the purpose of sending you our Newsletter. You will be asked if you wish to receive the Newsletter during registration.
