If the goods we sent you do not fulfill your expectations, there is possibility either to return them or to exchange them within 14 days.

 

Complaint

In case the packaging shows the traits of either damage or attempt at opening it, one should draw up the report of damage at the post office and, at the same time, not accept the goods.

Defective goods or the ones that carry the traits of fabric damage are exchanged for the new ones on condition that you let us know about the damage within 5 working days since the day you got the packaging. In that case, the SHOP bears the costs of sending you undamaged goods. In case of groundless complaint or damaging the goods on part of the user, it is the client that must cover all the costs. In case of exchange of goods that were sent to you as a result of incorrect order execution, it is the shop that will bear the costs of packaging.
